LIABILITY RELEASE

Before you can climb at the gym, you must read and sign our waiver. For children under the age of 18, this must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. 

We've made it easy for you to download the waiver to have it signed and ready for your child to bring to the gym for those special events and parties. To be able to read and print the waiver you will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. This program is free and available for download at the Adobe Acrobat website here.
